ABOUT US

Construction Timeline

  • Spanning an expansive 24,000 square meters, the company’s first-phase construction covers 12,000 square meters. This includes a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility spanning 8,000 square meters, equipped with cutting-edge technology to ensure precision and efficiency. The second-phase construction is expected to start in 2025-2026.
  • Currently, APT is equipped with two 3-ton medium-frequency vacuum furnaces and their corresponding auxiliary machines such as chip briquetting machine, baling machine, metal shredder, crusher, and more.
  • We anticipate an annual production output of around 10,000 tons of ferrotitanium. In response to growing market demands, we plan to invest in an additional two 3-ton medium-frequency vacuum furnaces within the next year, bringing our total to four, and elevating our projected annual production to around 20,000 tons of ferrotitanium.
  • We are currently in the Vacuum Furnace Testing Stage

Type 1: High end

•low impurity: low %C, low %O, low %N, low %Al, low %V……etc.

•Our main product

•Formal Production plan to start by the end of Feb

Type 2: Normal Grade

•low %N, low %O

•Contains V and Al

•Trial production starts in March

•Formal Production plan to start by the end of April
